May 20, 201412 yr ...in a Dawn flight out of Miami Intl (KMIA), headed to Detroit, Metro (KDTW) via a 737-800. ...cruise by A.T.C. set at FL220...and is P3D, drop-dead gorgeous all around me..., what a fabulous flight simulator! Settling in...for the two hour flight... Have a good P3D flight yourself.... Post Edit: "Well now..here is something totally different between P3D's ATC and the routine in FSX. I was given initial clearance for a climb to 13,000 feet, with a terminus of FL220. Because of the A.I. traffic around me...(quite a bit...), I have just been amended to FL240!!! This never happened in FSX. Whatever you were given at the flight planning stage..was what FSX's ATC directed you to that FL. So...P3D's ATC routine is dynamic and adaptive!!!! Weather or traffic changes will modify your filed flight plan. This is SO COOL! Just another difference in the reality-check mark....." Cheers!
May 20, 201412 yr I have noticed that Prepar3D's atc is alot more " dynamic " aswell than FSX's. Often, ai will tell the controller Good Day, or bye. Really adds alot to the experience.

May 25, 201412 yr Do you have Orbx FTX or any regional scenery or any Orbx AI traffic files? Because I'm pretty sure that the ATC enhancements are due to installing Orbx sceney. I have orbx global and NCA Gold. I compared the fsx version to the p3d and p3D is different than fsx's atc with orbx scenery installed. I also have my traffic x but like i said, i didn't hear any of the enhancements in fsx that i heard in p3d with the addons installed.
