June 9, 201411 yr Author Cool - thanks! Being on a Gateway, you're not likely having issues with an ASUS motherboard (although, it's worth checking who made your MoBo), as many have been lately. Can you think of anything that may have changed between when it worked properly, and when it stopped working? Installed an extra program? I can't think of anything that has changed. Like I said above it is odd, because when I try to change the fuel, the ZFW and Gross weight change, just the numbers for fuel quantity don't. I may have to uninstall and reinstall is I guess. No VA or virtual passengers programs running? I'd honestly avoid the uninstall/reinstall, as it rarely fixes the issue, and nobody learns from it. Might be worth seeing if PMDG have seen similar by submitting a ticket at support.precisionmanuals.com. Kyle Rodgers

June 9, 201411 yr Commercial Member Just KACARS which has always worked before. Try it without it running, just to be absolutely sure. I've been surprised by things like that before... I'd definitely submit a ticket. Report back when you hear back from them. The cool thing about submitting a ticket is that, even though you feel like you're the only one seeing the issue, there's usually at least a couple more who've had similar issues, so they generally don't have to go through the whole troubleshooting process with you to figure it out. You can include a link to this thread, too, to help them see what we've already suggested. Kyle Rodgers

June 9, 201411 yr Have you tried a different panel state? Always a good idea with a weird bug like this. I've seen quite a few problems described on these forums where the user kept restarting from the same panel state, one that somehow got a weird bug in it. New startup state, no more bug. Mike.
