July 9, 201411 yr Folks, I have the following system running FSX: Intel i7 4770K overclocked to 4.2GHz (That's the absolute limit on my chip, and have not been able to get a higher overclock) Asus Maximus VI Hero eVGA GTX 780 G.Skill Trident X 8GB Custom Liquid Cooling Loop My motherboard will support an i7 4790K, and I'm wondering if there is an appreciable difference between say 4.2GHz and 4.6GHz provided I could get the 4790K to overclock to that speed. Is it worth the 300 bucks to upgrade? I'm grateful for any advice!
