July 12, 201411 yr Certainly! See PMDG product page for recommended equipment specifications all of which you exceed. I've no problems with GTX 750Ti 2Gb with only a Core 2 Q9650 Quad 3 GHz and 4 Gb RAM. I did have to upgrade video from 512 Mb but the minimum requirements are for 1 Gb VRAM. Dan Downs KCRP
July 12, 201411 yr Windows 8 is not supported by PMDG. Search for some W8 users' experiences with the B777. (Heard many of them got the T7 going anyway.) What happened to AVSIM
July 12, 201411 yr Most probably. I run a 2600k @ 4.3 and a GTX580 3gb and it runs great. I don't see why it wouldn't work.

You should be fine if your fsx.cfg is set up and you NVidia inspector is set up, although back off on the anti-aliasing on a midrange card. Also, make sure to install FSX into a folder like C:\FSX, NOT program files. And disable user account control. The overclock you have will probably be the biggest helping hand in good frames - I went from i7-3770 @ 4.1 to i7-4790K @4.5 and have seen a roughly 5-8fps increase. Wes Meyer
