July 21, 201411 yr "hand-installed, world-wide AI", "manually converted AI aircraft into FSX format" or "ten hours in front of [design tool] without nicotine, food or toilet breaks" crowd? Hahahaha that sounds like NWATech Now if he'd just hurry up and upload it to our dropbox, getting tired of waiting here ...JAY!
July 21, 201411 yr I couldn't  Only did one flight so far from ESSA-ENZV and I did notice a difference in the variation of different types of ground beneath me when I was at F360 compared to UTX and ST and I also noticed a difference on the approach into ENZV where I guess it might have been new autogen objects that made it feel new to me. Of course I need to do lots of more flying to be able to say for sure how big/good the difference is but I'm already happy with these new addons and one reason other than the pure looks is it feels good in a way to have all layers from one supplier knowing they should work very well together and were made to do so. Not sure about ST and openLC and any compatibility issues but like I said above I like to keep my FSX installation as "clean" as possible and only mix things when absolutely required so in this case I'm happy with using openLC only. Also for the time being I don't do any flying in Russia so not an issue for me at this moment. Thanks! You've made a good point there. I'm going to consider this, too. Your report made me more excited about this product. I guess it's time to stop bothering those who already have it and go make the decision at last. Again, thank you very much! Regards, Gabriel J. T. Regards, No problem and I know what you mean, I was in the very same situation thinking of replacing my old addons with this new setup and again...I'm glad I did and I hope you will be too if you make the jump. Happy flying!
July 21, 201411 yr Nerds... I am still chasing a consistent 35 FPS after 15 years, 2 FS versions, and 3 PC's including this one that has i7-4770k, NV650 GTX vcard, 3 Tb of HD and 32 GB of SDram. AND

August 10, 201411 yr I think the never ending pursuit of a consistent and high FPS is a pursuit familiar to most of us. I can relate to much that has been written in this thread and therefore qualified I feel as another total nerd (am secretly quite proud to be one of such a select bunch!). One nerd-like trait that I have managed to overcome at last however is constantly watching FPS levels. I now turn off my FPS monitor and am happy to fly without it providing everything looks smooth. The only time I tend to monitor FPS is if I am having problems with some addon or other or have made some change to my settings. Bill
