Flightbeam Kden Issues Need Help

Featured Replies

Yes He know all the history - He thinks the lighting issue is on P3D side - which is fine long as I know what to wait for but the hard line He has not seen this problem - all is fine uninstalled KDEN and hope they can figure things out at a later date as I don like not having all of my FB products to use - the feel of Their airports is like no other

Well its not, I have the issue, and I use FSX, and he knows that a lot of others are having the same problem. What a shame.

Well thats not good as I thought it was only P3D problem - hmmm - They are trying to push the limits and guess that has something to do with it - hope he can iron out the issues as there aren't many

Its just the night lights, he needs to redo the whole thing. (Color too)

Everything else is perfect.

Richard, I don't have the FB KDEN so I can't help you with the lights. However I am pretty sure that your picture #2 is the airport cooling tower for the HVAC system. If you are getting jetways on it sometimes then that it a problem.

Theres a ton of issues in KDEN that Flightbeam refuses to fix.. I've tried bringing up the Multiple light issues with Mirr, and he just continues to ignore me.

KDEN is beautiful, but i refuse to fly there at night.

1- The Lights are the wrong color

2-The Lights are too dim

3- The lights stop working when you land at the airport.

Theres a suppose of "fix" on the forum, but all it does is make it so the lights stop working when you first load up the airport, but they work on landing.

If you look @ the review of it here: http://www.airdailyx.net/flightbeam-denver-our-impression/

He has the same problem on the night shots that I've been trying to address!

Are you the user who continually posts messages on our Facebook? Do you realize we provide no support for people posting on Facebook? Please don't spread false information, we provide support to every single user. There is a reason we made a SUPPORT SYSTEM, both on our forums and by our support email. I respond to requests daily, and we've fixed every single issue with KDEN to date that has been brought up, minus a few issues that are localized to user's system, such as Richard Sennett who started this topic, who I've been working with for almost a week on resolving the localized issues he's having.

The lights at Denver international are all being upgraded to LED lights, and they are white. When I built this product I future proofed it, all the current construction is already done in the product, the hotel, tram system and even the LED lighting. I was on site at Denver for a week researching every aspect of the airport.

Also, pictures are not a valid reference for night lighting. Cameras have longer exposures and make the lighting seem much brighter than it is. The lights in the product are designed to show what you see if you were sitting in a cockpit.

Also, the review you posted and took out of context, is an extremely favorable review: "it just might be the very best scenery I have ever laid my eyes on". We also received several awards, and we're on the cover of FSMagazin this month with an Editors Choice award for KDEN.

If you're still not happy, please go through the proper route: [email protected] and I will gladly refund you.

Thanks for your response, but i recall emailing you SEVERAL times about my issue with my night lights not working on landing

At one point you did provide a fix on the forums, but then they just created another problem on takeoff.

When I emailed you about it, you responded with "Im sorry there is nothing else we can do".

I even emailed Virutali @ FSDREAMTEAM, and he even admitted there was an issue with the night lights, and he was waiting for you to fix it, because it was even occurring on his system!

So, im glad that you are helping the other user here fix his problems, when you couldn't even help me with mine?

Nothing has been fixed yet and willing to wait for any updates down the line - but I don't condone bad mouthing a developer either they do the best they can especially as they push the limits - if He can fix it He will - not the end of the world - I have faith in Mir it just takes some time, hang in there Calvin

The issue you are having is localized, and no one else has experienced it. Umberto from FSDT is having a completely different issue with the lights at KDEN, we work closely together and we've discussed this many times. Such grand assumptions you have?

At one point, there was a bug with the lights, and I created a whole fix for it. I don't know why you're still having issues, no one else is reporting this except on P3D installations where there is an existing issue with effects. Once again your false claims of having no support has no merit whatsoever. I have a huge email conversation between yourself and I, would you like me to post it here for everyone to see?

So once again, I don't have a fix right now for the issue you're having. All this time you spend complaining and have me responding takes me away from critical production time of KSFO HD. Is there anything else I can help you with?

The issue you are having is localized, and no one else has experienced it.

Obviously not, have a look please at the AirdailyX review screenshot of KDEN at night:

You can clearly see the issue on the night lights.

You did, however, I emailed you saying it just created the problem on takeoff, and you didn't respond.

Lets take a look at the last email I sent:

Tailored no response!

Hopefully we can fix this in the future, once again, I love Flightbeam KDEN, but this needs to be addressed.

AirdailyX uses P3D for those screenshots. Once again.. effects are not displaying correctly in P3D. A completely DIFFERENT problem.

You did, however, I emailed you saying it just created the problem on takeoff, and you didn't respond.

And once AGAIN, I cannot replicate that problem. Neither has the thousands of other users who are using KDEN without a problem. I have already looked into it, there is simply no fix for the issue you're having.

Lets take a look at the last email I sent

Please include the many... many emails we sent back and forth before that.

I have already looked into it, there is simply no fix for the issue you're having.

What an un-professional response. I'm done arguing with you.

Please include the many... many emails we sent back and forth before that.

Completely irrelevant, I never said you didn't try to fix the problem.

Richard,

I hope you can get this sorted. I tried to recreate your issue on my end but the lights work fine at both KDEN and KIAD on my machine. If there is a Lockheed Martin P3D problem, I don't see it. I tried changing time of day, location, etc and my lights never change. It's a head - scratcher for sure. One extreme measure you can take is to do a fresh install of P3D in case there might be something else that is causing your issue.

Cheers,

Todd

Calvin,

Thanks for selflishly hijacking this thread. Your accusations and attacks are immature and quite pathetic and offered nothing of substance to this thread. Next time, start your own thread or better yet, say nothing, instead of injecting your slanderous garbage. I don't doubt your frustration but you need to grow up and better learn to deal with it.

Todd

Guys, please get back to the topic, and stop these accusations - be they true or not. If anyone of you thinks he has to continue the conflict in public, open a new thread, but be sure to provide evidence; badmouthing other members might not be tolerated!

I don't see any "attacks" at anyone, I was reporting a PROBLEM on my system, and Miir happened to respond. It wasn't "Garbage", it was FACTS, that are still occurring on my system, and since the title of this thread is about Night Lights, my posts are completely appropriate, unlike your silly attack at me here.
