August 23, 201411 yr FSX. P3D. Tweak this. Tweak that. Enough is enough. I just reinstalled and loaded up FS2004 with every available add-on. Smooth as silk. Framerate in the worst of circumstances is 100+. Eye-candy be [inappropriate language removed]. I'm back to flying. Time for another double JD rocks. Life is good once again..... August 24, 201411 yr good for you! i could honestly care less if you use FS95 , we are all simmers, old or new!
August 24, 201411 yr Anything is good with a JD Tweaking does seem to be a bit of a chimera. I've only just rediscovered simming, but have spent a good weak or two trying this and that in order to maintain 60 fps. I think you're right, get the best speed you can and go fly.

August 25, 201411 yr Good for you, Doug. I've decided to stick with FS9 for the time being as well, because for me it's about the flying and not the scenery-admiring. John G.
