The sky isn't falling?

PMDG747-400, you must be a victim of a fluke series of things going wrong!  There is a reason why PMDG is one of most respected addon producers for years, and it is because not only do they make extremely good addons but they also have very good customer support.

 

Good luck, I am sure this will be cleared up and you can enjoy your PMDG plane like the rest of us!

Edit: Well now! If you actually did not pay yet you should see about fulfilling your end of the deal first. And then you will most certainly get your addon. If something went wrong try clearing this up with PMDG and start with a clean slate.

 

But if you did not pay, I don't know what you are shooting off here!
 

Some free advice: Maybe YOU should check your paypal account before you go on to accuse others of not doing so.

Since these billing issues seem to increase in number, one can only wonder how difficult it can be to make a simple online purchase. All these people bending over backwards instead of going the easy way...

RSR has answered at the bottom of page one. Close this thread up!

I wish you all could see how much hot air this fellow is creating behind the scenes...

 

He is an absolutely classic example of "problem child" in this forum and at tech support.  He had what is more than likely a very minor problem that would take < 10 seconds to solve- but rather than approach and asking for help, he threatens.

 

I don't have patience for people like him...
