What is the best way to size and pick lights? (Need small star lights)

I have a basic question..Is the lights used by Orbx the same as one used by Night Environment?

So far I am changing the light size using the Orbx tools but I am checking the results of the night environment.

Hmmm...

Uh no....why are you trying to use a product made for changing ORBX lights if you're not even looking at ORBX lights.

That program is specifically for ORBX 3D lights.

This is why I asked a couple times if you were using/talking about FTX global (ORBX) which you said yes. But this explains why your screenshots look nothing like ORBX.

so... no resolution to this problem? We just have to live with huge lights?

Specs removed.

My solution is use a product that looks better to begin with ORBX, who also provides features to change stuff like that.

Do you have Fly Tampa Dubai and Night Environment? along with ENB bloom.

Try them...it will blow your mind..Orbx can't come close. Although I am glad Orbx has lights for most all other areas.

Hello,

Not sure if this the proper place to post, but I'm running FSX-SE with the SoCal region package and the halo lights are way to big and not realistic at all is there away to tweak them ?

Tnx

Yeah, wrong place.  Try the Lights Configurator on Orbx freeware page...
