Compatibility with FSiPanel

Featured Replies

Hi Bryan,

Thanks for your excellent and fast update to v1.1, really appreciated. Works fine for me, as far as I could see last night during a short test. (unfortunately I don't have much time to fly at the moment    ).

But what I did realize is that FS2Crew is not compatible with FSiPanel. The first flight works fine - any consecutive loading of the plane leads to the SDK error.

I know that FS2Crew does not like the reloading of flight situations, and although my hopes are slim - I would like to ask if there is anything that could be done about this?

I love FSiPanel and the possibility to train certain approaches, without the need to go throught the whole process an entire flight would take. But flying those training approaches without FS2Crew is sort of beside the point....

Maybe, if two genuine developers (You and Jean-Pierre Garraio from FSiPanel) work togeather on a problem - wonderful things could happen

kind regards

I join for that request, because train for emergency procedure, with FSiPanel it's a good combi.

FSI Panel and FS2Crew are working fine together for me though!

Just start FSX with the trike on the field you are going to land on, then start FSI Panel with the T7. As soon as FSI Panel is ready with trimming out your plane, start FS2Crew by hitting the N key

Hi Ed,

Yes, the first time it works fine - any subsequent reload of an approach and FS2Crew gets the SDK Error....

In that case, re-load the approach twice... in those cases, the SDK will load on "alternate" loads.  It's a weird Simconnect PMDG SDK thing.

Hi Bryan,

Thanks for the tip, I'll give it a try......

I tried it - and I don't know what to say.... it works - actually quite funny, first load, works - reload, error - next load, works.... hmmmmm - I'm puzzled but happy!

regards
