March 10, 200620 yr Rick, Dont want to teach Grandma to suck eggs but...BAE Woodford have always been more than helpfull in requests for help. As the 748 and ATP were concieved and built there, I would imagine they have more info than you could ever require. It's always better to write to them than phone or e-mail. Explain what your doing and possibly print a few model screenies off to send with your request so they can see your not a nutter. (for max effect..send them in BAE paint) You may be surprised.Ash
March 10, 200620 yr Hi George,My first ever flight was in the very early 70's on a Dan Air 748 from Prestwick to the Isle of Man with the return on a Dan Air Viscount... those were the days when I was just a lad..... ;-)Sl

April 3, 200620 yr Hi AshI tried BAe and they don't reply to e mails.I worked at BAe Kingston for a few years and even friends ex Dunsfoldcould not help get a reply.Emerald Airways had zero interest here in the UK.I found the information i needed from Air North Eventually.Model is due for release at Easter. So far there are more than 30 liveries painted and more by release.I will never paint all the wanted liveries but a paintkit will be available at some point.Note that not all of the 30 plus are shown in pic.RegardsRick
April 7, 200620 yr Just interested to know if this model will carry wing views and what about a repaint of TTAS?The model looks awesome btw, best to you and i look foward to its release :-)

April 8, 200620 yr Hi KikiThe WestAir Swedens will follow after release as they use Ex RAAF airframes with an APU fitted to the starboard engine.(see top of cowling in your pics). Not made that model properly yet & not started Cargo door conversion which second of your Choice has.But don't worry as they will get done soon.Main model will be out Easter Weekend (not yet sure which day)Filesize is the main worry as there are already 46 different paintsfinished.& i can't really paint every livery as there are 100's of different ones.RegardsRick
April 8, 200620 yr awesome, looking forward to next weekend. Thanks Rick. I will enjoy your model until the new cargo conversion comes out and the west airs!
April 9, 200620 yr I am also looking forward to this release, i hope i'm not to late to request that this livery be part of this great package.BTW, can someone tell me if this model will include wing views?Much Thankshttp://www.airliners.net/open.file?id=0078...=664&sok=&photo
April 9, 200620 yr Hi 9Y-POSno wingviews.you can see the wings if you have Track IR and look back out of the Virtual Cockpit windows.I have built a full virtual Cabin but my PC is not powerful enough to compile the comlete model at the moment as i have no work i cannot afford to upgrade currently.I placed a donation button on my Website but have only had 3 donations (so the Virtual cabin will have to wait till i find a Job and can afford to Upgrade my Memory.(3 donations from over 790,000 visits)& 4 years of freeware!.The Cabin will be included at some point but will not be in the Easter release.I hope this helps ?.RegardsRick ;o)
April 9, 200620 yr Hi Rick,That's a shame. I'm sure if you post your url here, people will surely mske a donation to honor your great freeware work.
