Nameless,

The FSX version and P3D version are separate licences so you need to purchase the NGX P3D version in order to get access to it.

As mentioned, there is no way to "convert" a license from FSX to P3D, or to "upgrade" from one to the other.

Also: full names are required to be placed in every post here. Please do so in the future.

You are allowed to ask about it, but when it comes to getting into discussions about why you think this is wrong, we limit the discussion. It just devolves into heated arguments that aren't going to change things on our end. It's one thing to say "I don't like this," but it's quite another to say "this is wrong because..." and people usually don't understand our reasoning, market reasoning, and other issues behind our decisions.

Not true.

Our website lists two sources:

  • User to user support here; or
  • Official support at support.precisionmanuals.com

FYI, Michael: Kyle had to hide a post in your thread; that's why he placed a reminder not to discuss PMDG's pricing policy here. It was addressed to a different person.

The question in your opening post was perfectly OK.

Kyle, your new profile pic is so flashy. It looks a bit like Randazzo. Made me chuckle. Thanks.
