Hi Oliver,

We're moving very large numbers of Reboot.  It's our most popular product yet.

No one else has reported that, so I'm going to have to guess some suggestions:

1. Re-install FS2Crew.

2. Ensure no Anti-virus program is running as they sometimes mess things up.

3. Restart your computer when done.

Failing that, send us a support ticket.

Cheers,

Try turning off your firewall before running the Config Manager.

Hello,

I have the same exact problem which I have already opened a support ticket about.

I have also tried everything mentioned above with no luck at all.

Don't  know  if  this helps  but  I just checked mine   and  on the last   line  where yours  and the others have last=   and  than blank,  on mine  it  got my last name.  So unless you  have deleted  it?

Thanks for the suggestion Pete, but it didn't help ... at least not by simply adding mine.

Could be  still be the issue,  still hopefully  Bryan  can  shed some light on it  why it  didn't   do it automatically?

That's not the issue.  The LAST= is where you last names goes.  You enter your last name in the Configurator.

One of my other programmers built the config manager.  I'm still waiting to hear back from him so we can figure out the common denominator between you guys.

So far about 6 users reported this issue out of a very large user base.  We'll figure it out!

If you get this issue, please send me a support ticket.

Thanks,
