July 29, 201510 yr Hi. First of all, I really enjoy your product! It adds great immersion factor! I have two minor problems using SOP 2 button version 1. Before descent I enter final approach fix, DA, and missed approach altitude (to the secondary panel approach briefing). However, during approach checklist FO said: "missed approach altitude is no set" . I'm not sure why? I'm I missing something? 2. After pulling to the gate when I try to initiate shut down checklist, but FO keep saying "standby" (note it happens way passed 3 minutes cool down period). I check manual it says to make sure that taxi lights are off and parking break is set. I have both of those condition met; however, it doesn't solve the problem. Is it a bug or a feature? July 29, 201510 yr you have to set the miss Approach ALT in the MCP, i figured that out a couple days ago. The 2nd i had the same problem, i fixed it by clicking the main button for lights and doors and then it did the shutdown procedure and could proceed with the checklist. www.alaskaair-virtual.org,swavirtual.com, Ramp lead @ Phoenix Sky Harbor, Loving the simming and aviation industry <SCRIPT LANGUAGE='JavaScript' SRC='http://www.jetphotos.com/jp_forum_sign.php?photogid=75760' TYPE='text/javascript'></SCRIPT> Alex Kulak

July 30, 201510 yr The first problem has been solved. Thanks! The second, however, I'm not sure where to find main button for lights and doors? ok so the button you pressed for every main action is the main button. You just keep pressing the main button that you have been using the whole time. www.alaskaair-virtual.org,swavirtual.com, Ramp lead @ Phoenix Sky Harbor, Loving the simming and aviation industry <SCRIPT LANGUAGE='JavaScript' SRC='http://www.jetphotos.com/jp_forum_sign.php?photogid=75760' TYPE='text/javascript'></SCRIPT> Alex Kulak
July 30, 201510 yr Commercial Member And keep the FS2Crew Main Panel open... it shows you actually what command/event is tied to either the Main or Secondary button. Button control is very easy to use in that sense. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
July 30, 201510 yr Author OK I see. Well, I'm using button version of SOP2. I assigned "C" key for main action. After pulling to the gate and setting parking break I press "C" to initiate "Lights and Doors".Then I turn landing lights off (for some reason FO usually leaves landing light on) After that "Shutdown Checklist" message appears on the main panel window. Here is where problem starts, If I press "C" again FO says "standby". FO continue reply "standby" no matter what. So far tI found he only way around this is to bypass "Shutdown Checklist" message and scroll down to the next item message "PARKING BREAK - SET" Am I doing something wrong? July 31, 201510 yr Commercial Member Are the engines shutdown? Make sure you have no hardware connected to the FS "MIXTURE" event or FS2Crew will not be able to detect when you've shut the engines down. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
