They exist with the addon from Simaddons for CYQM, I know that, and can check later for without and with this new LC, but I have a conference call to attend to

Thanks for the heads up on the simmaddons for CYQM. I think I will go that route and figure out if it plays nicer with FTX Global/Vector/OpenLC Alaska Canada or UTX Canada V2 which will be out shortly. Three things steer me away from the FTX option. First the confusion of what mode to run central in (hybrid etc) to enter and leave the global to simmaddon or other non FTX scenery. Second the demo's I tried have elevation issues that cause disappearing runways. This somehow is suppose to be fixable in Vector but I am unable to see how it works and I have read that it does not always work well. Third I am unsure how much grief I will have installing FTX Global, Vector, and OpenLC  on my system using FSX SE. I believe many addons are not playing nice with SE and am weary of investing in something that expensive that might not work.

 

In the end my priority will be 1 Simmadons FSX SE Canada East Pac, 2. FTX Global,Vector,OpenLC Alaska Canada, or UTX Canada 2.0 based on which one works with Simmaddons and 3. If both the FTX or UTX options work with Simmadons then which one is more accurate in terms of those islands, and general accuracy of NB Canada.

 

I do believe FTX is the most eye catching option but I don't know if I can explain to myself and guests all the time "ignore that church on the island" etc.
