Adding more realism? (Utilities)

Is FS Passengers or GSX supported by FSX SE? If so I might get them.

The author of FS Passengers returned from a VERY long hiatus to update FS Passengers to FS Passenger 2015; so yes, it it will work in SE.  However, if you'll permit me to play devils advocate, I found FSPAX to be one of the most overrated utilities you can buy.  First, the interactions with the crew borders on the ridiculous; specifically, the interactions between PIC and stewardess. Second, I found dictating when drinks and snacks are served to be tedious. Finally, the business model is very unrealistic and somewhat mundane.  If you're interested in running an airline, may I suggest Air Hauler?  Although, you should note that AH2 is just around the corner.  If not, take another look at FSCaptain, it's leaps and bounds better than FSPAX.  Plus, the authors have consistently upgraded the product over the last 5 years and their support is outstanding.  This is the exact opposite of the FSPax author, who abandon the software for 6 years, only to return to take advantage of an emerging market(i.e. FSX SE).  If you look around, I think you'll find most people prefer FSCapt to FSPax; btw, the former comes with a free trial.     In any case, I would recommend you purchase several programs before opting for FSPax, or FSCapt.  Here is a list of my essential FS utilities, in order of importance(i.e. I fly with these utilities during EVERY flight):

1. *Multi-Crew Experience - Virtual copilot for all your flights

http://www.multicrewxp.com/

2. *ASN - Depicts weather

http://www.hifisimtech.com/

3. *Aivlasoft efb - Tracks your flights and allows you to quickly view SIDS/STARs

http://www.aivlasoft.com/

4. PFPX w/ *TOPCAT - Planning software; however, as others have mentioned, you can use Simbrief, which is quite possibly the best freeware FS software available.

5. Accu-feel - adds flight dynamic immersion for a reasonable price.
