Your traffic files are probably all FS9 formatted files as the WoAI installer doesn't convert them to FSX in any way. The traffic will be a day off is the only difference.

 

Sorry Dave but they're not. We're going to have to agree to disagree on this. I have all the recent traffic I have installed in FSX as well as the earliest FS9 traffic.

My question then Ian, is how do you know that you have FSX traffic files? Just curious to know what different files and where they've come from. Mixed files do not work, it's been well known for many years.

Iain, what Dave is telling you is correct.

 

Read this screen shot below to get an idea of how FS9 and FSX traffic files behave in FSX when mixed.

 My main goal in asking about specifics was simply to help avoid confusion to other users when they search the forums down the road and find the "Best Answer" to this thread as being one that states that he's successfully mixed FS9 and FSX traffic files which is incorrect.
