Thanks for the update Rob.

So, I wonder where the LM team is stuck.  I am sure I can help by signing some NDA for beta tester.  I still haven't lost hope on getting on the beta test team.  Infact, LM office in the DC area is literally next to my house.  I wonder if the devs are developing it over there.  I should go there and take beer with me.

It is good that these days, I am slammed with work, helps me go around the waiting for V3 release.

I've never been tempted to steal the shirt right off the back of someone before!

Nothing more than normal life :)

When you develop software, you have to keep this one in your mind:

- each time I fix 1 bug, I create 1.1 new bugs :)

That's the statistic...

Brings new meaning to the expression:

Been there!

Done that!

Have the T shirt!

Just track when Pete Dowson is going to take his next holiday - that will be when v3 arrives.

Yep, I believe his vacation schedule is the best indicator for the imminent V3 release.

Someone tell him that he won an all paid vacation to the bahamas (AVSim's footing the bill for it), and then we get V3 released.

I'm not around long enough to get the meaning of that

I like the Legacy Code line the most.  Too often for this aging code monkey it's source I wrote myself that I can't figure out.  Apparently my younger self didn't communicate very well as much as he tried in comments.

Second would have to be I figured it out ... online. People sort of freak when they see hundreds of tabs and a dozen chrome windows open.  It's impossible to retain all one needs to know in memory, and I don't believe anyone who says they can.   If you aren't looking things up you're probably not making anything very interesting.

Not unless DC has moved a lot closer to Orlando... :LMAO:

I was hoping that they would do some development time in DC, so that I could meet them for lunch or something.  Every time I visit Orlando, I end up visiting the theme parks somehow.
