Recommended Posts

Hi-

Has an updated installer been released for P3D 3.0?

I don't see anything regarding this on their website..

Thanks,

Mark

Not a native v3 installer. Did you point it to P3D 2.5 and then move files? ...or change your P3D direcory name to 2.5?

So far, I've used only native P3D v3 installers, but it may be a long wait for some. I'm going right from FSX to P3D v3, having de-installed v1.x and 2.x. Any generic tips are appreciated. Only installing a few aircraft.

Thanks!

Best Regards,

Mark

I downloaded a new installer for the Lear from FSPilotshop which has an option to install into P3D v3. So yes, for the Lear there is an updated installer.

I do wonder if PCAviator (USA) has the updated installer? They (PCA) only list FSX/P3D v1, v2. It's also 50% off. PCA.au states P3D v3 compatibility. ...but, it's full price there

All versions, if listed, are 1.1, released September of last year.

I've been through this with different sites and companies before. Currently waiting on PCA.au to update their revision of a download, while the developer site already posted the fixes.

Unless I missed it (could have), the Lionheart site makes no mention of P3D v3 or an updated installer.

I'm not complaining, but this can be confusing for the customer. Sometimes just putting accurate version information on a site can make all the difference.

Best Regards,

Mark

PCAviator (AU and US) often update their installers without updating the infos on the download page or product page. Even though they are really slow, they eventually get you the latest versions.
