Yes.

Dont use WOAI.

Well, we've given you just about all the advice we can. WOAI is an FS9 program, not really designed for P3D. You have to doctor it with new models and update the flightplans to FSX with AIFP. The lights don't work perfectly, even with the updates. the only next step is to purchase a true P3D traffic program like MyTraffic6

I have a big problem with WOAI airplanes in P3D v3: they always have landing lights and logo lights on, the lights come on as soon as the airplane starts moving and don't go off anymore, even after the airplane lands and parks. Further, they illuminate the fuselage and the tail in an awful way.

Anyone could find a way to make them work correctly?

Thanks.

Some of the models cast too bright of lights while some are just right, so it all depends on who made the models to begin with.  Functionally, they should work fine, but again, it depends on the content creators.  I have about 20 different liveries installed from WOAI and I too get some with tails that are really bright while some are perfect.  I just live with it honestly, and trust me, if you find yourself on a foggy tarmac, those lights come in handy! :)

I don't care about the textures being to bright i just want the landing lights back like they were in fsx with the big yellow lights and illuminating the ground also the strobe lights on the wings need doing as when the aircraft is flying they are behind the wing.
