No controller calibration in V3

Featured Replies

FWIW I just "upgraded" to windows 10 and I'm using precision flight controls yoke + pedals. You can calibrate them under the settings tab. I also have the saitek trim wheel, but I am only able to "test" it. So it must be a saitek issue but I haven't looked into it yet.

Finally upgraded to windows 10.  I too have the PFC yoke and throttle quadrant.  I'm having an issue with the yoke disconnecting every few seconds with windows playing the usb disconnect sound.  Once I start Prepared 3 the yoke seems to be recognized and the disconnect sound stops.  However after reboot the disconnection is back.  Not sure if the problem is with the yoke but did not have the problem before the upgrade.  Going back to 7 if I don't find a solution soon.

LM is aware of these issues. My Redbird pedals work fine in FSX, but no-go in P3D v3. Saitek panels are a no-go for me unless I fly the RAS Duke with SPAD. The Cessna trim wheel has a workaround (plug in after sim is running), but I've still had it crash the sim.

I'm on Win 7 with UAC off. There could be other complications with Win 10.

Hoping we'll end up with a reworked input and calibration engine on P3D 3.1.

Best Regards,

Mark
