I don't think so, I  haven't really noticed it if I do.

Yeh i can't get rid of it thats why i use Aero mode.

 

My P3D is smooth but soon as i use ultra cloud coverage in dense clouds boom my frames are down to 20

That's normally down to AA if  clouds make your FPS get hit like that.

I set it to 4x now! Using aero mode and adaptive 1/2 refresh rate seems to do keep the rates up and heavy clouds and with frame locked at 60
