November 29, 201510 yr I've witnessed this way back when I use to use FSX and now its still here in P3d v3. Why do runway lights appear to be floating in mid-air as oppose to being on the ground? Can this be fixed? November 29, 201510 yr It is just the normal expectation in FSX and now P3D. Probably the reason that you have so many views yet no answer. We are just used to it. November 29, 201510 yr Might be fixed by Dovetail Games when they come out with their new Flight Sim next year. I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for P3D or FSX to fix it.
