I might have to consider the GTN750. Not trying to start a whole discussion here, is this addition to the cockpit frame rate friendly?

I might have to consider the GTN750. Not trying to start a whole discussion here, is this addition to the cockpit frame rate friendly?

I've never had any frame rate issues with the GTN750 and it's no different with it installed in the Lancair.  

 

For reference, I have a 6700K @ 4.8GHz and Zotac 980ti Amp Extreme (Oc'd to 1480Mhz core clock/3880Mhz Mem Clock).  I've been flying around the LA area with the Orbx Global/Vector, FSDT KLAX, P3D settings high (I can post if you'd like), just to see what kind of FPS issue arise and I can say for me that fluid 30 FPS is the norm (I use 30Hz refresh).  I haven't seen this type of performance since FS9.   

 

Despite the steep price, the GTN 750 is really worth it if your looking for a high fidelity GPS addon.
