Hi,

 

How do I make inches the default setting on the altimeter when I first load up the T7, instead of hPa?  I know how to change it on the glare shield.  How do you make it the default setting?  I had it as the default and then I don't know what changed it.  The only thing I see thru the cdu is the units for metric and pounds and centigrade and farenheight.  I spent a good part of the night going thru the   manuals but could not find any reference to adjusting it.

Isn't it saved as part of the panel state?  I don't think there is a preset for this, just whatever the panel state holds.

Correct, there is no preset in the CDU option. However the state of the selector on the EFIS panel is saved in the panel state.

 

 

How do you make it the default setting?

 

Save a panel state with inHg set.
