March 6, 201610 yr Author No problem. Your results may vary, but I couldn't get the wheel to work with the driver installed. If you haven't reinstalled the driver: -try plugging in the trim wheel -spin it until you get the disconnect/reconnect sound in Windows -type joy.cpl into the run box -double click on the trim wheel and test it Perhaps I've misread your reply. If so, please ignore this post. Best of luck. The trim wheel plus latest Saitek driver was a complete disaster. It may well be that without the Saitek driver no problem would ensue, in fact I would have a hard time seeing how a problem could potentially develop what wouldn't resolve simply by unplugging the trim wheel but as I say I'm sufficiently paranoid to not take a chance! I've spent too much time already w/ fixing this so after a reasonable time I will remember your ideas and reconsider.
