This is an option available in the FMS under aircraft settings. Please review aircraft options in the Introduction document, you'll find it.  Oh, and it will appear on the PFD speed tape but not the MFD.

PFD is where your horizon, speed tape, and altitude is.  MFD is where engine and systems display.  ND is your map.

To  add  your name  to your  post   just use  the signature    option, saves  you posting  your  name  every time at the end  of  every post

Dan  has  explained  on how  to do it  and  where  to find  it,   its  in the introduction  manual  have  a look, hint  its between  page  80  to 85.   You still need  to  sign  your  name  as  per  pmdg  forum rules

If I maybe blunt, you need to stop asking questions about the most basic information and start reading the Introduction Manual and while your at it, fly Tutorial 1 and 2.
