September 1, 20169 yr Author So, what did you do to fix it? Inquiring minds want to know. Jim I have not fixed it. I simply cannot apply Ground Shadows or Aircraft Self Shadows, then I get these black fields... Only aircraft shadows work without graphic artifacts. It seems to happen at addon airports. Please help. October 4, 20169 yr Commercial Member This was posted in the support forum and I answered it there. The OP had selected force legacy shadows which comes with a warning that it causes false shadows if you fly to a legacy airport. My FSX Analysis Blog
