December 3, 20169 yr If it hasn't yet been updated for FSX SE I suggest boycotting. I am with you. Having many useless AES credit packs in my account is a pain. I am surprised that people are still using the old FSX, considering FSE-SE is so cheap and a ton better. December 3, 20169 yr Author I am surprised that people are still using the old FSX, considering FSE-SE is so cheap and a ton better. If it wasn't for the ton of available add-ons, I'd probably use X-Plane or Flight Gear, so (for me!) FSX is much better than these two due to the add-ons, and with the same logic FSX boxed is slighly better (again, for me!) than FSX:SE due to the compatibility with slightly more add-ons. One is AES, but there are some others I have, which would make the switch slightly painful, but I would have to check again for which add-ons this is no longer true. I have FSX:SE, too, but I'm to scared to try it, because even having it installed in addition to FSX boxed still causes problems with some installers. But yes, it would be nice if AES could work with FSX:SE.
December 3, 20169 yr Still waiting for AES to be compatible with FSX-SE. It looks like that will never happen. Also another problem.. "Note: The DirectX-10 preview mode in FSX is not supported."
