How many people know about this really, really excellent web site?http://flightaware.com/Shows air traffic in real time for free in the USA. Shows by airport, specific airplanes, flights etc. For me its awesome because now I can just pick out a real flight plan and create it in FS and go flying by company routes or whatever...from a C172 to a B772!Eric

Might actually be a cool way to keep up with a partnership airplane. Wish this same kind of thing were available in Europe.Eric

What a fantastic site. Thanks so much for the tip Eric. I just took a look at KATL (about 40 miles from my house) and I was quite amazed by the combined outbound/inbound activity. It really helps put a little perspective on the great job done by the ATC folks.Doug

I'm in Alpharetta. I wonder how many of us there are around here? I know JD had a bunch of the locals meet for pizza when Radar Contact 3 was released but, infortunately, I was out-of-town. I was hoping he'd do it again for RC4 but it looks like that's not going to happen.Doug

Eric,Thank you for the link. This is great. On a whim, I typed in the N# of one of the first 172's I flew (N5353K). She was a workhorse back in 1995 and apparently she STILL is. She was ugly, slow but very reliable.Best Regards and Happy Holidays!Jim DonlinPPL/ASEL
