Hi folks! The Stall Flyers Design Team is proud to announce the upcoming release of easyFBW!What is it?easyFBW is a small tool for FS2002 and FS2004 that simulates a basic fly by wire system coupled with an autotrim module similar to that of modern airbus aircraft. This program will make flying very easy - you don't have to worry about trimming, propeller effect and aircraft stability. Once you let your joystick go, easyFBW will do everything to hold the aircraft's attitude in space! easyFBW is designed to work with a number of aircraft and during testing it has proven its reliability with small aircraft such as the Cessna 182, medium aircraft such as the 737 and heavies

Anyone know how to disable pss airbus's autotrim? It's conflicting with easyfbw.BTW - Thanks for easyfbw Mark

Anyone tried this with an FF stick with FSForce enabled? I have trim managed outside of FS by FSForce and I dont' want to upset the settings as it took me ages to find the correct settings for the heavy iron!Allcott

As I don't use PSS, I don't have a direct answer for you, I'm afraid. What you can try is to press the right mouse button over the Init button on thr MCDU - there you can manipulate some of the functions relating to aircraft control. Good luck!

I hope there is a problem around the PSS panel because this module is exellent! - it works great with other aircraft but I'm having big problems using it with the PSS 'busses.

This is really cool - just tried it out in the default Cessna and it works very well, immediately holds the pitch and bank angle you release the stick at. Nice job!

Given that the PSS Airbus is probably the most used Airbus panel and the merged iFDG model and FDE/PSS panel is possibly the most used Airbus combination it strikes me as slightly odd that the makers of this new utility didn't get it to work with the PSS. PSS (or PMDG, LDS etc) are not required to make their aircraft work with every bit of freeware that comes along however good it might be. If the utility makers want good takeup for their product surely they should try to make it work with the PSS Airbus which has been around for a long time now. Maybe they did but weren't able to manage it for one reason or another. I have no direct information about any of this so this is my personal view.Rob Elliott, EGPE InvernessPSS Airbus Support andAirbus Fleet Training Captain, British Airways Virtual [email protected]http://www.speedbirdonline.co.uk/airbus.htmlhttp://www.bavirtual.co.uk
