anyone seen this in the Dash8-Q400 ? (fuel)

Recommended Posts

I have 3.4.9.18.400 with latest Dash8 version and it seems like there is a fuel issue ? I used the controlpanel as always

A second question - Does anyone know how to put in negative elevation for the CATIII approach ? (EHAM ILS18R )

Thanks

If you have the APU running, the fuel is supplied by the left fuel tank which is the reason you would see an imbalance.

Not sure about second question, still learning the FMC.

The FMS doesn't take any information from the fuel gauges. It calculates from the data input by the user.

As for the HUD; there is bug in that system where it does not accept negative values for the landing elevation.

  Cheers, and Happy New Year

Thanks and happy New Year.

As you can see the fuel is way off the quantive that was put in frome the beginning. Around 2200-2300kg.I checked as i did not close down the Mastestic controlpanel.

Maybe it was just a lonely miss.

Thanks Michael Moe

The Dash8 is not CAT III certified. You need an autothrottle for that.

With a HUD it's certified for CAT IIIa, without it's CAT II.
