I think you send the author an email saying F off.Did they provide which charity specifically? if so...donate directly if you feel so inclined...send your proof of contribution and they should send you the files.

Agreed, Craig, although 'don't download it' is a matter of choice, clearly. Everybody is laying into the guy without even checking out what charity is involved, it seems. He may be very well intended, unlikely to be successful in his effort, but the licence description is clear. The charity involved is for HIV/AIDS.
