Pause and Continue a Flight Another Day

Featured Replies

Hi.  Can I pause a lengthy flight and continue it another day?

If so, how, please.

Thanks, Dave

Well this might me not too simple, but I've just paused the sim and come back the next day and un-paused it and continued.

You could also try saving the flight, closing FS9 and then when you open FS9 the next session just continue from the saved flight.

For me just using the pause key was quicker, assuming that you don't need to use the computer for other things but you could just minimiz the screen.

I've always saved my flight then closed my PC down.  Then next session when I open the saved flight it just continues as normal.

... and as a bonus, if your flight is paused when you save it then it will still be paused when you reload it next week.

That will give you time to reorientate yourself before continuing.
