Humidifier

Kind of a dumb question... But is their an option to select on/off the humidifier that some 747s have? I'm away from home for the next day, but couldn't recall seeing it last night.

Although the flight deck humidifier is mentioned in the FCOM, I don't recall that being one of the PMDG options.

I may be misremembering this, but I believe UAL deactivated the humidifiers in the -400s because they were leaving a nasty white film on the overhead panels.

Yeah turns out putting Humid air in an Aluminum tube causes a whole lot of problems.  Hence the reason the 787 was one of the first to get it back for the entire cabin.
