Well it certainly hand flies nice !

Recommended Posts

Just completed my first flight...the usual flight for me is CYYZ to CYUL, flew between the two Fly Tampa airports in P3D.  Landed in Montreal in snow, frames were very good at 25 to 30.  VAS over 1MB remaining.  And what a joy to hand fly....as soon as I had the runway in sight about 6 miles out I hand flew her in and it was really sublime.  Almost made the first landing seem too easy.

Only problem I had was with the AP disconnecting over and over after takeoff.  I believe this is the controller issue with something not being centered but I will get that sorted out.

There's also an option in the settings to have the AP ignore your hardware while the AP is on.

I agree - smooth as silk. I still at time find the 777 handling to be a little jerky, the 747 has none of this!
