to clarify - tweaks to P3D itself are really not needed, they have been included for the most part by LM with the exception of FiberFrameTime Fraction and Affinity Mask - anything else is really system dependent. If you run a 4K monitor at 30hz or a 1080p at 120hz etc.

The tweaks that DO help are system tweaks - any of the system tuning guides will set your system up for best performance.

However, with all that - the general consensus of opinion in the P3D community is that little or no tweaking at all is required and in most cases will result in negative performance.

I will add this to the mix.

Steve Waite over at Code Legend has got it right with hyper-threading and how that relates to very smooth performance, depending. You have to do a considerable amount of homework to prove that, which I've done.

Process Lasso works for me as AM assignments are persistent which other software can't do. Steve also gives directions and reasons why starting exes with a batch file is the best way to accomplish this. I've not had to do this at this time as PL is working.

I have made no changes to the config file, nor has it been necessary.

Guys if i run my samsung TV 4k at 30hz down from 60hz, will i set unlimited frames in P3D or 30 

Done a test with my 4k samsung 78" and its smooth as butter. Monitor set at 30hz frames at unlimited with P3D V-sync and triple buffer on at KSEA with dense clouds
