No need to be confused. Feathering works the same as with the default FSX planes. In the VC you can't feather the prop by using the mouse (you can only move it to the 0% position) You need to either assign a joystick hardware button or axis for propeller RPM increase/decrease or use a key to get below the 0% position into feather.

The problem perfectly solved by using E botton to select engine and CTRL+F2 to move prop lever,thx for your help!
