Thanks, guys...and, well....as far as FPS...I can drop my sliders, but ah...nope...I get very satisfactory no-stutter performance right down to  17 FPS, with XP11.   As long as there is no stutter, and great visual acuity, I'm a most happy camper.  Not too shabby on a system purchased in 2009!  The only thing changed to recent tech, was my going from a GTX 680 FTW, to a GTX 1070 FTW. :))))  Everything else is 2009, and running like a trooper.  Oh forgot to mention, that I am running at nearly 4K screen resolution....and we all know that is an FPS reducer...lol!
