April 25, 20179 yr What is this circle in the upper right hand corner of my chase plane view? How do I get rid of it? 2017-04-25 @ 15.25.12 PM by Jack Bailey
April 25, 20179 yr Hi PDX, A short answer is: check your LUA files in the Plug-Ins folder. If I remember correctly there is a "Heading_helper" file. I eliminated mine. Nice picture by the way. Jim Morgan
April 25, 20179 yr Jim is right. After installing FlyWithLua, you should read the manual, which outlines the Lua scripts included. Yeah, that heading helper is really annoying. lol Btw, those messages in the lower left, indicate your QNH is off. Go to your Lua scripts in the upper menu and run the automatic QNH script. It'll track your QNH until you turn it off, but while you fly, it'll adjust the QNH for you...pretty handy. I worked in computer programming for many years, and the last thing we wanted to do was read the manual. Only when we got desperate.
