Personally never had an issue at the official PMDG website, when I use to turn in tickets, but the issue is at the forum site here on avsim, where it seems they had a few overzealous moderators that acted like they own the company, and instead of being helpful or understanding, they made you feel like you were stupid, or beneath them. That was enough for me to walk away from that forum. If a company has people representing them in that fashion, they ought to rethink who they use, considering they are not the cheapest developers on the block. Hell, I know they make some hell of a quality product, but don't act like your God's gift to us mortals!  Anyway, I'm more of the silent consumer, I won't go there and complaint, I just don't come back as a customer.

Have to unfortunately agree regarding arrogance. At times I have thought it was a deliberate policy to scare off "silly questions"

I think there is no such thing as a stupid or silly question. If you don't know something, or having a hard time understanding, that's why you come to these forums to get some help and try to understand. Now, I know there are characters that come around now and then and like to antagonize, but they are very far and few in between. I don't think there are so many as to make a moderator so frustrated that they have to take it on the rest of us.

I can very much recommend the Dash at any price. I wish I had made the professional purchase, but I have the base version and would like to upgrade in future. I can honestly say I CANNOT understand what voodoo they do so well that make my FPS INSANELY HIGH even on my modest system and have cracked the turboprop code in FSX. I love my Dash and think you will as well.

Likewise. Bought it today, watched a load of videos, then managed a C&D start up, took of from Stansted, climbed to 16000ft and landed safely, if a bit butt-clenchingly fast at London City Airport. I always swore I'd never fly airliners buy my appetite has been whetted.

I really like this aircraft, but I'm in the process of figuring out how to set up the 125 Hz control, while using ChasePlane at the same time. Very tricky, but I'm sure once I do figure it out, it's going to be much more enjoyable to fly.

I read about this and was excited but am disappointed it's not a simple gui option.

I figured out how to make the 125hz control work with my specific joystick and setup. I think I'm all set to just fly and enjoy!
