June 27, 20178 yr I am curious. I have inspector, I am not using it, I am just using the in sim settings and I played with adjusting them which can be done so quickly while flying. And I have achieved perfect no jaggies quality without Inspector. Is there something one gains by using Inspector over just using the in sim settings? June 27, 20178 yr Might not be any gains if you really like what you have now, best thing to do is try the settings pictured above, all comp. setups are different no way to guarantee outcomes for someone else. June 27, 20178 yr SGSSAA in transparency antialiasing is most powerfull for reduce shimmering which is result of what you show on screenshot, especially when you have sharp change from white to black and back to white ... Propher texture mipmaping can reduce/eliminate it but in FSX/P3D mipmaps are not great for it. Anyway. SGSSAA is fine until you flying with heavy clouds/fog. Then it can kill GTX1080Ti even on FHD resolution. As alternative you can use DSR or SSAA, but both are not that good and have perfrormance impact even flying without clouds. i7-8700k, RTX2070 Super, custom water cooling, 32GB RAM, 6TB SSD spacePrepar3D v4, X-Plane 11, 40" 4k TVRex, Active Sky, RealAir and A2A pilot, GTN, ORBX mostly everywhere
