Track IR issue with 0.3.5 beta in P3D v4

Featured Replies

I have issue with TIR that causes onboard camera to reset randomly for one frame making the view "flash" nastily. I didn't have it when I first time installed ChasePlane about week ago. It actually began after updating P3D v4 hotfix 1. But reverting back to release version did not help. Reinstalling everything did not help either.

Everything seems to be ok without using TIR, or using TIR without ChasePlane. I don't have "reset view when TIR is offline" option on. I have tried this with both stable and experimental version. Both have the same issue. I have also tried it with Windows 10 Game Mode on and off.

I have this same exact issue.   And it doesn't matter what aircraft I'm using.   I thought it was just me.  No way to predictably make it happen.  It's totally random.

Same issue here.  Just made a flight and saw the same instant "flash".

Add me to the list of effected users.  Has been driving me crazy trying to find the cause, thought it might have been some keystroke.

Happens in both P3Dv4 and FSX:SE

Please add me to this list. The above symptom to the letter after a new install of FSX from Win7 to Win10. Track IR and Chaseplane work fine separately but sadly not together. v0.35 Beta.

Unfortunately this is happening to me as well. I think it has has caused a couple of CTD since the update. I'm not sure how to check the crash log.

I`m also having this issue, even after the latest experimental update...

Cheers!

The issue remains in v. 0.3.11 beta exp.

Devs? Any comments on that? Can I revert to earlier version somehow?

I have not been able to reproduce the issue.

If any of you are able to gather more information or small details that might be interesting to know, it would be appreciated if you could post it here.

I reported this back on the 24th June. The issue began after Alpha 02.121. It's not trackir as the camera remains steady. In game it's as if Chaseplane loses connectivity to trackir and resets the view. I've checked and unchecked everything to no avail.

Chaseplane is currentrly unuseable in this state.

I did have the problems as described by the others, but with Beta 0.3.13 they appear to have been solved.

yep just did two flights with the latest update and the problem has gone on my system.

Confirmed. The issue seems to be gone in 0.3.13, even the bug fix list doesn't give any hint about it. Fantastic anyway.

Yep, fixed, thanks much Keven, this program absolutely rocks.

Because I had no idea I had fixed it hahaha

Most likely a side effect of another thing I fixed...
