I recommend you start a new topic with your issue in the relevant subforum. It's likely to receive more attention there than in this unrelated 10-page topic. Walter Meier

I just want to let pmdg crew know the problems which appear after update to fix if it has solution rather than having attention. Cihat Kara

Okay, but what he's trying to say is if you post it here, there's a good chance they won't actually see it, so you're better off starting another thread, or better yet, submit a support ticket. PMDG Support follows this thread. They are the one who are going to solve this issue. :) Cihat Kara

When the thread is 11 pages long, it's not always possible to read every single post. They definitely see every support ticket, which is why I suggested doing it in the first place, but do what you wish, I guess. August 28, 20178 yr I'm still on P3Dv3.2 flying the NGX and as for the ground friction issue that always was there I'm using a FSUIPC LUA script called dynamic ground friction or something like that to fix this and it works brilliantly. I read in this thread the same problem has been fixed in some of the other PMDG aircraft models but never saw a confirmation if it was/will be fixed also for the NGX? My plan is to update to P3Dv4 in the near future but before doing so I want to make sure I won't end up with an NGX that again needs excessive thrust just to get rolling and stops during turns. Or maybe it's possible to use the same LUA script fix I'm currently using in P3Dv3 also in P3Dv4. Anyone who knows?

The LUA script doesn't work in v4 and I haven't ventured over to Pete's forum in a while to see whether there's a plan to update it. And yes, we have heard from PMDG that there's a plan to incorporate improvements from the 747 to the NGX but as far as I've been able to read here, we don't know any details as to what or when. So for now I'm relearning to taxi in molasses. It's not easy, but I'm slowly getting the hang of it. Walter Meier

Thanks a lot for confirming and nope...I'm not that interested in going back to taxi in molasses so I think I'll stick to P3Dv3 for now
