Recently been getting some CTD while flying over the Atlantic with the PMDG 777. Always the same error as seen below. This started happening after the latest installer of the PMDG 777. Thanks!

I experienced the exact same crash with the same plane, and also ntdll.dll. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this?

uninstall and reinstall the PMDG777 seemed to do the trick...(redownload the full new 777 installer)

P3D v3/v4 CTD Protections:
We have added a protection that requires users to "Opt In" to activating the captains PFD as a Pop-Up display.  You can access this in the Options menu.
Most users will be able to activate this feature without trouble, but we are requiring users to opt-in in order to bring attention to an easily preventable
CTD problem some users may not be aware can be avoided.

Background for this issue:  When Lockheed Martin released Prepar3D v3.1, something changed deep in the internals of Prepar3D that induces a CTD for **some** users under 
a very specific set of circumstances.  The CTD would occur 3-8hrs (actual time, not sim-time) into a flight if the user made any use of the Captain's PFD as a "pop up" 
display by clicking on the left PFD.  We have been seeking Lockheed Martin's attention to this issue for more than a year, but the issue is so difficult to reproduce, 
neither Lockheed Martin nor PMDG have succeeded in finding an in-house reproduction case that is consistent enough to allow debugging.

Other users are having this ntdll.dll issue as well. I've had it a couple of times. Very hard to track down. Few threads in the PMDG forum about it. People getting it are always with the PMDG planes and still getting it even if they don't use the pop up Capt PFD. Nobody from PMDG has acknowledged that the problem still exists even after the fix above was implemented. 

I need to jump in here too. 

Ive been trying to fly from KLAX-EHAM and can't get off the Nort American continent without a CTD. Tried four times thus far...  

I am not too computer savvy so don't even know where to start to look. 

PMDG 747 and all is up to date. Not using pop up. 

Frustrating is a kind way to put it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Jim but I don't use MyTrafficX....Sorry if I'm missing something. 

The AVSIM CTD Guide has a list of fixes that fixed this problem for others.  One of the suggestions was the one concerning MyTrafficX which fixed another member's issues.  Just thought maybe you had the same problem.

Reporting back! Just did a ~5hr flight and P3D V4 did NOT crash. The only difference is that I didn't pop up the PFD. Looks like that might be it.
