By 'this' I assume you mean the blurring of the adjacent tile, this has nothing to do with GE but is a limitation of FS. It basically occurs because FS decides that displaying ground textures are not as important as drawing other things (autogen) therefore it sometimes causes a delay before the tile comes into focus. The best fix I have found to get the least blurries is to set your framerates to 'Unlimited' under display options. You could also try reducing autogen density and see if that improves things.Hope that helps.

What? A little confused in California.

Yes, sorry its the blurries i cannot get rid of, tried all sorts of things. Did a defrag, reduced autogen to very sparse, played around with textures, the only thing I haven't tried is the fs9.cfg file. Thanks for the response.

>the problem with that is if the user did not install the>first verison it would have totally confused them>>the autogen update is there as a temporay fix to give people>as much new information as we can to give the best up to date>service that we can.>>So please apply a little patience and common sense here and if>you have to do everything again we apologise in advance. I'm totally confused LOL>>I guess I would have suggsted making available a complete update including the first one and the autogen fix, as already done, and then also a smaller package for people who already have the first update and only want the autogen tweak. Yes, it's a minor inconvenience, no big deal. And it does work, though I'm getting some strange dark patches at night (though that could be my monitor or normal, as I never fly enough at night before to compare).

Hi Greg,We are shooting for a new wrapper by this weekend which will include the latest patches. If you download the latest wrapper now you will have to download the latest update, which is cumulative. There is no need for any previous updates.I am terribly sorry it's not really clear right now, but I have been litteraly working around the clock to meet the customers request on improving the autogen. (which i am ever so gratefull for). Our goal is to provide our community with the best graphical interpretation we can possibly do within the limits of the sim to enhance your flightsimming experience. And Peter and I will do it with the best abilities we have, wether it being support or developing. We have also been on voice with a couple of customers (and made new friends by doing so) who were having problems. So, if you are experiencing any kind of problems or just have questions feel free to email me; [email protected]
