Landclass (no matter how good it might be when compared to default) is just not good enough as far as realism is concerned. Now, how about releasing a new version of Northern Ireland with this new technology? You forget about the fact that photoreal coverage not only depends on the availability of satellite images as J van E stated, but also on the availability of HDD (or nowadays SSD) space... Awesome! Correct Jeroen, it looks like it should be real not photoreal lol and I know our country pretty well also from above Stunning stuff André

This means that for instance England and Norway won't get this treatment. Unfortunately. But PNW will. Another factor is the vector and building data they use. All of the data for the Netherlands for buildings and forest is available completely for free and is very high quality, so it makes good sense to do it this way. Another area with such data is Denmark, so I suspect we'll see this at some point also. It's a pretty interesting development, especially the part regarding the porting to AFS and also that they are redoing the PNW as well. Once I read PNW photoreal and AFS, my ears popped up and I'm now very much looking forward to this. My concern is how it will perform, especially in places like Amsterdam or Rotterdam. I guess time will tell.

But well, if performance sucks I'll get FTX Netherlands for Aerofly FS 2 because I am pretty sure that'll work fine!
