Under load (flight simming, video rendering), my CPU gets as hot as 77-82 degrees Celsius quite regularly. It’s an 3570k @ 4,3 GHz and it’s been running like that for the last 4 years without any problems. My GTX 1070 runs a bit cooler, normally in the low 70s.

Sounds like your voltage is set a little high, is it above 1.25?

i7 6700K @ stock, 1.17V, Arctic Liquid Freezer 240, Prime95 Small FFTs, 10 minutes

If anyone gets lower: Pics and your cooler please ;)

My temps, in Cinebench, Prime95 for i9 is too much, it has to be run with AVX-3 or AVX-4. For P3D I am using a different core speed (@4.5GHz, core 0 @4.8GHz), HT OFF).

I am using at the moment X62, I will go probably for a PE360mm and SE240mm radiators (2x360mm, one PE and one SE might not fit easily in the NZXT H440).
