Courchevel!

I have tried every combination I can think of to get this to work, and it is still no joy. On their forum there is a post from someone with the identical problem I have. The answer is to read the readme. I did. So has everyone else who is having a problem. If someone gets it to work, please post the how-to for us! LOL! While this looks nice, and I appreciate them offering it to us as freeware, if there are this many people having problems, I think it needs to be addressed. Don

Got it to work. On their site in their forums, there is a thread called "problems with" or something like that. There is an additional bgl one needs to get rid of the hole that is formed. All is well after that. Fun scenery. Bring spare parts. :)Be sure to drop them a line too. I am. Neat stuff.Don

Scenery works A-1. I put that updated FL949150.bgl in /scenery/eurw/scenery and now I can land fine.NOTE: Try using a small prop there and you won't end up through the mesh. C-172 coming in at 90kias landed fine.Only issue is an afcad[without runway] and a start location.

Hi,Thanks for the info on the additional bgl. With it I've managed to land however only with very light aircraft and at very slow speeds. It would seem that there is a limit to what speed is seen as a landing and what isn't.My best guess is that around 70-80 kts will get a landing and anything above that and you fly through. Hopefully the payware version will fare better.Cheers,David

Now we just need a Tyrolean Dash-7 repaint. ;)

On their forum (again), there is an AFCAD file for downloading. The Tyrol Dash 7? Grab Milton's 2002 version. (has Tyrol) and then grab the FS9 update for it. :)Don

Er ... all this talk of forum, but no link. Anyone got one to save me playing Sherlock Holmes? Thanks.Tyrolean Dash 7? Into Courchevel? A Robin DR400 is more appropriate, perhaps. And Courchevel is not exactly in the Tyrol!MarkAEDIT: Found it, thanks.Mark "Dark Moment" BeaumontVP Fleet, DC-3 AirwaysTeam Member, MAAM-SIM[a href=http://www.swiremariners.com/cathayhk.html" target="_blank]http://www.paxship.com/maamlogo2.jpg[/a]

But they used to do it.Check it out

See picture above. Ye of little faith! LOL! Looks like fun. Must have scared the folks in the back seats!Don

Look directly above the picture at airliners, just below the size links (medium, large, full screen), there is a short link you can use. For that pic it's:http://www.airliners.net/open.file/0143885/L/After several hours of approaches I'm still no closer to getting anything larger than the 172 in there - and I'm not talking herky size either. Light twin's just go striaght through.I've pretty much quit on this one unless the makers patch it.DavidP.s. This forum does allow html use but you have to use square brakets in place of < and >[a href=http://www.airliners.net/open.file/0143885/L/]Example[/a] equalsExample

Yes, Dash 7 it is and Tyrolean at that. I'm ashamed to have been a doubter! See here:http://fly.to/dash7P.S. I've been using a previous version of Courchevel for FS2004 since 2003, by Bernard Martin and Guy N
