Just speculating how they achieved this. I guess this is only achievable by litterally putting a runway texture over the terrain as an object or something and having a very short runway merged into the terrain for the first bit that shows up in FS?

If you look down on the page you will see the english download version (with eng manual). The file is nlflj_e.zip or something like that.With that said I still can't get it to work. I have no idea where to put the mesh files (tried every where). And I agree we need an afcad.I'm sure someone will point us in the right direction.
